Chef Patron Richard Turner’s passion is all about flavour.

Sourcing the highest quality ingredients, and treating each with the utmost respect, to create his unique style of modern British cuisine, with a strong European influences.
“To me it’s all about the flavour on the plate, which ultimately comes from quality ingredients, and respect in the kitchen,” comments Richard in a recent interview.

Richard Turner has been a passionate chef for over 20 years.  Largely self-taught, working at restaurants within the midlands, opening his first restaurant, Turners Birmingham Restaurant in 2007, and becoming one of only three Michelin star restaurants in Birmingham in 2009. Also highly commended by Hardens, The Good Food Guide and a Michelin star also being awarded for 2009/2010.

Turners restaurant style is attentive, friendly, and welcoming to seasoned food-o-philes, and newcomers alike.
